Firstly, I started off by uploadint eh top image of hte woman to phoytoshop, as you can see she has a lot of imperfections and flaws. To erase her imperfections like her spots i used the spot healing tool which erased them. It also erased the shine on her face whihc made her look oily.
After this, I used the paintbrush tool to make her eyebrows more defined and then lowered the opacity to make it look more natural. I then also painted her lips and eyes to make her look like she had lipstick and eyeshadow on and again reduced th eopacity to make her look more natural and so her makeup is more subtle.
After each step, I had to add another layer so I could do different steps like lowering the opacity without affecting the other steps.
